Biography

Daly is a lifelong resident of the 12th Ward in the City of St. Louis, per the campaign site. He served in the National Guard, then worked as a policy aide to three Aldermanic Presidents. He was elected License Collector in 1998 and Collector of Revenue in 2006, a position he continues to hold, overseeing the collection of real estate, personal property and earnings taxes for the city.
