Kevin Magnuson is the Washington County Attorney, seeking reelection to another four-year term in 2026, per his campaign site. He earned a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1999, spent 20 years in private civil litigation practice, joined the Washington County Attorney's Office in 2019, and was elected County Attorney in 2023.
