August 11 primary result: Marion Greene (59.42 percent) and Abdihakim Arabow Ibrahim (10.58 percent) advanced to the November 3 ballot; Anthony Abousweid, Josh Bassais, Kevin Chavis, Anthony Walsh were eliminated, per the Minnesota Secretary of State's certified results. Six candidates filed for this Southwest Minneapolis and St. Louis Park seat on the Hennepin County Board, and the August 11 nonpartisan primary reduces the field to the two who advance to the November 3 ballot.
