Joseph D. Early Jr. is a Worcester native and prosecutor serving as Middle District (Worcester County) District Attorney since 2006, per his office biography. A Georgetown University Law Center graduate and son of former U.S. Rep. Joseph D. Early, he worked for the Hampden DA's office and the Massachusetts Attorney General before 17 years in private litigation practice, per the office biography; he oversees more than 80 prosecutors serving the district's 60 communities.
