Biography

Brandy Fluker Reid is the Democratic state representative for the 12th Suffolk District, representing parts of Dorchester, Hyde Park, Mattapan, Roslindale and Milton. She holds degrees in social work and public policy from Syracuse University, a master's in education from Johns Hopkins, and a law degree from Emory University, and previously worked as a public defender, according to her campaign site.
