Biography

Charles is an Air Force veteran who earned two Air Force Achievement Medals for service with the 60th Fighter Squadron and the F-22A program, per the campaign site. He holds an associate's degree in aviation management from the Community College of the Air Force and a bachelor's degree in procurement and public contracting from the University of the District of Columbia, and served in the House of Delegates before his 2023 appointment to the Senate, per the campaign site.
