Victor M. Del Pino

Biography

Del Pino was first sworn in as an Associate Judge for the Maryland District Court in Montgomery County in 2019 and was elevated to the Circuit Court for Montgomery County by Governor Wes Moore in January 2026, per his campaign site. He previously served as an Assistant State's Attorney and chief of the Gang Prosecution Unit in the Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office, then practiced privately as a founding partner of a Montgomery County law firm. He teaches as an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University Law Center and American University's School of Public Affairs.

James J. Dietrich
