Biography

Pasteur taught English in Baltimore City and Baltimore County schools before becoming an FBI agent, then returned to education as an equity office specialist, assistant principal and principal, per the campaign site. She later taught graduate courses at Morgan State University and served on the Baltimore County school board before being sworn in as a delegate for District 11A in 2023, per the campaign site.
