Biography

Malcolm P. Ruff has served as a Maryland Delegate for District 41 in Baltimore City since July 2023 and works as a trial attorney at Murphy, Falcon & Murphy; he previously served as an Assistant State's Attorney in Baltimore County and Baltimore City, per Maryland General Assembly official member page. Ruff holds a B.A. from Duke University and a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, chairs the House Appropriations Committee's Capital Budget Subcommittee, and is the Democratic nominee for Maryland Senate District 41, per Maryland General Assembly official member page.
