He has 25 years of civil and criminal litigation experience and is the senior member of the Mack Law Firm, the largest law firm in Livingston Parish. While in the Legislature he was appointed chairman of the House Criminal Justice Committee, where he worked on criminal-justice policy with the Attorney General's office and the state district attorneys association.
