Donna Haynes is the Democratic nominee for Kentucky House District 14, an open seat following the retirement of Rep. Scott Lewis. A Daviess County resident of more than 45 years, she has held leadership roles with the Kentucky AFL-CIO Executive Board and the Owensboro Central Labor Council, according to the Owensboro Times.
