Giebler recently retired after a 30-year career as a school counselor at four Kansas elementary and middle schools, per the campaign site. She also counseled at Johnson County Community College, taught as an adjunct professor at Fort Hays State University and held degrees in sociology, counseling and educational leadership, and has lived in Johnson County since 1992, per the campaign site.
