Earl Harris Jr. represents House District 2 in East Chicago and Lake County. He founded and owns Motivation Media, a television and video production company, and has received Emmy nominations for FOX Sports Midwest programming, according to the Indiana House Democratic Caucus. First elected in 2016, he chairs the Indiana Black Legislative Caucus and serves as Assistant Democratic Floor Leader, per the caucus site. No campaign website was found as of September 8, 2026.
