Eric M. Hoffman serves as the elected Prosecuting Attorney of the 46th Judicial Circuit in Delaware County, a position he has held since 2019, per his campaign site. He earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, criminology and legal assistance from Ball State University and a law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2003, per his campaign site. He previously served as a deputy prosecuting attorney in the same office beginning in 2003, per his campaign site.
