Lori Costello is the Regional Superintendent of the St. Clair County Regional Office of Education, appointed to the post starting January 1, 2024, after ten years as principal of Waterloo High School and six years as assistant principal there, per AOL News. She holds a bachelor's degree from Illinois State University, a master's degree in educational leadership and a business education teaching certification from McKendree University, and superintendent and chief school business official endorsements from the University of Illinois. No campaign website was found as of September 22, 2026.
