Biography

Marc Parker is a Collinsville attorney who has served for about seven and a half years as one of nine Illinois Workers' Compensation Commissioners, per his campaign site. Per the same site, he earlier served as a law clerk to the Illinois Appellate Court and Supreme Court and as a prosecutor in St. Clair and Madison counties, and has been a high school basketball official for more than 45 years.

Patrick G. King is a sitting Third Judicial Circuit judge in Madison County, appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court effective February 21, 2025 to fill the vacancy left by the retirement of Judge Stephen A. Stobbs, per the Illinois Courts news release. Per his campaign site, he previously was managing partner of MillerKing LLC and has 17 years in the law, and is a past president of the Madison County Bar Association.
