Robert C. "R.C." Bollinger is the resident Circuit Judge of Macon County in the Sixth Judicial Circuit, first elected in 2014 and retained in 2020, per the Illinois Courts' official biography. He is currently assigned as a Justice of the Fifth District Appellate Court and previously practiced twelve years as a law firm partner in Decatur, per the Illinois Courts.
