Hebreard began his career in 2005 as a ranger with the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County, advancing to senior ranger before his 2017 election as president, per his campaign site. He holds a degree in parks and recreation management from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana and a master's in business administration from Benedictine University, per his campaign site.
