Kyle A. Moore was elected to the Illinois General Assembly in November 2024 and earned a Bachelor of Science in business management from Quincy University, per his Illinois House of Representatives biography. He is a former member of the Quincy City Council who was elected Mayor of Quincy in 2013 and re-elected in 2017, and was named President of the Great River Economic Development Foundation in 2021, per the same source. Moore resides in Quincy with his wife, Emily. No campaign website was found as of September 20, 2026.
