Biography

Donovan Dela Cruz chairs the Senate Committee on Ways and Means and previously served eight years on the Honolulu City Council, including three years as chair, per his campaign site. He is a graduate of Leilehua High School with a bachelor's degree from the University of Oregon and a master's degree from Argosy University.
