Biography

Napier holds a nursing degree from Valdosta State College, a family nurse practitioner certification from Georgia Southern College and a master's degree from Valdosta State University, and spent 42 years as a clinician and district program manager with the Georgia Department of Public Health, per the campaign site. She has also served for 25 years as pastor of TEACH Outreach Ministries in Valdosta and led a Meals on Wheels program for 15 years, per the campaign site.
