Mark Rossi is a restaurateur who purchased Rick's on Duval Street in 1984 and still owns and operates the Rick's/Durty Harry's entertainment complex, per Keys News. He previously served as Key West's District II commissioner from 2005 to 2015, per Keys Weekly.
