Biography

Julio Concepcion represents Connecticut's 4th House District and serves as Assistant Majority Whip and Executive Director of the Hartford Chamber of Commerce, per the Connecticut House Democrats. He spent 11 years as Vice President of Hartford Partnerships for the MetroHartford Alliance and worked as Community Liaison and Assistant to Hartford's Mayor from 2005 to 2007, per the Connecticut House Democrats. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in the Hartford region, he graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2004, was elected to Hartford's Court of Common Council in 2015, and has represented the 4th District since joining the General Assembly in 2018, per the Connecticut House Democrats. No campaign website was found as of September 20, 2026.
