Biography

Neva Parker was born and raised in Hercules and spent 26 years working at the California State Capitol, including as the Senate Journal Clerk, per her campaign site. She and her husband have lived in Roseville for more than two decades and have operated several small businesses. She is the Democratic candidate for California Assembly District 5.
