Andrew Collins is the Arkansas House Minority Leader, serving his fourth term representing District 73, per his campaign site. He is an attorney who works in real estate, and graduated from Duke University and Columbia Law School. He serves on the House Judiciary Committee, the House State Agencies and Governmental Affairs Committee and the Arkansas Legislative Council.
