Biography

Kevin Litty is the sitting Baxter County judge, in office since 2023, and served 28 years as a Mountain Home police officer and six years as a justice of the peace on the county quorum court before that, per the Mountain Home Observer. He co-founded 2L Cattle Company and has lived in Baxter County since 1976, per the same report. No campaign website was found as of September 15, 2026; the official election filing is the only verifiable source for Kevin Litty.
