Terry L. Waters is a farmer, military veteran and small business owner from Robertsdale who served in the U.S. Army in Fulda, Germany during the Cold War, per Alabama Political Reporter. He returned to south Alabama after his military service to farm and help build a family nursery business. No campaign website was found as of September 7, 2026.
