Biography
Kevin Turner is the sitting Sheriff of Madison County, elected in 2019 and now serving his second term, per his campaign site and the Sheriff's Office website. He began his law enforcement career as a patrol deputy with the Madison County Sheriff's Office in 1992 and later served as an investigator and Chief Investigator with the Madison County District Attorney's Office, per his campaign site. He helped found the Alabama Gang Investigators Association and was the first gang investigator in North Alabama, per the same source.
