What a yes or no vote means

A YES vote Supports adding a constitutional right to make personal decisions about pregnancy, birth control, abortion and fertility care, with third-trimester restrictions allowed except for the patient's health or a nonviable pregnancy.
A NO vote Leaves the Constitution of Virginia without a reproductive-freedom provision.
