State Employee Collective Bargaining and Budget Amendment

Constitutional amendment (legislative referral)

A yes vote

Supports requiring the governor's budget to fund the wages, hours, benefits, and other terms in state-employee collective bargaining agreements, and establishing arbitration with a neutral arbitrator.

A no vote

Keeps the current budget and collective bargaining framework for state employees.

YES supports this change · NO keeps current law
