Increase Acre Limit for Agriculture and Timber Conservation Use Property Tax Classification Amendment

Constitutional amendment (legislative referral)

Supports doubling, from 2,000 to 4,000 acres, the maximum agricultural or timber acreage that can qualify for the conservation-use classification taxed at 40% of value.

A no vote

Keeps the current 2,000-acre maximum for the conservation-use property tax classification.
