Biography
Victor Villarreal has served as judge of Webb County Court at Law No. 2 since being appointed in 2017 and elected in 2018, per his campaign site. He previously served as president of the Laredo-Webb County Bar Association and is a graduate of Texas A&M International University and the University of Texas School of Law.
