Tricia Kwai Lin Nakamatsu is the Democratic candidate for Hawaii Senate District 13 on the November 3, 2026 ballot, per the Hawaii Office of Elections' August 8, 2026 primary results. She has lived in the district for more than 30 years and is running for the seat left open by retiring Sen. Karl Rhoads.
