Biography

Tayfun Selen is a CPA and architect who serves as Senior Vice President of Administration at Lincoln Educational Services, per the county's official commissioner biography. He previously served as Chatham Township Mayor and was selected by fellow commissioners to lead the board in 2022 and 2025. He immigrated to the United States in 1996, became a U.S. citizen in 2008, and holds an architecture degree from Istanbul Technical University and an MBA from Montclair State University, per his campaign site.
