Biography
Shelley Moore Capito is West Virginia's incumbent U.S. senator and the Republican nominee for a third term. The daughter of former governor Arch Moore and the first woman elected to the Senate from West Virginia, she chairs Senate Republicans' policy efforts on environment and infrastructure and emphasizes energy, broadband, and West Virginia jobs.
