Scott Parke is a Certified Public Accountant who says he has served as Davis County Controller since July 2025, per his campaign site. He previously spent 11 years as Weber County Comptroller and 10 years as an auditor for the Utah State Auditor's Office, and holds an MBA from Utah State University.
