Biography
Robert Franklin is the Republican nominee for Oklahoma state superintendent of public instruction. A 44-year educator and 2024 Oklahoma Educators Hall of Fame inductee who served as a special education teacher, principal, and Tulsa Tech associate superintendent, and who now teaches future administrators at OU-Tulsa, his campaign slogan is 44 years in education, not one day in politics.
