Biography
Moore started his career as a welder before working as a national security advisor to the U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee and as a contractor for the Department of Homeland Security, per the campaign site. He holds a degree in government and international politics from George Mason University and a master's in strategic security studies from the National Defense University, and served in the West Virginia House of Delegates and as West Virginia State Treasurer before his election to Congress, per the campaign site.
