Biography

Randall May, known as Randy May, has more than 40 years of experience in marine, rail, and terminal port operations dating to 1981, per his campaign site. He founded R&L May Steamship Agency and later Ambassador Services, and is now an investor in cargo terminal operator Enstructure, per his campaign site. The Propeller Club of Port Canaveral named him its 2025 Maritime Person of the Year, per Space Coast Daily. Randall May was on the August 18, 2026 ballot for Canaveral Port Authority Commissioner District 5, per the Supervisor of Elections' official qualified-candidate list.
