Philip Licht Jr. is the founding Executive Director of Set Free Alaska, an addiction and mental health services organization in the Mat-Su Valley, and has served on boards including the Mat-Su Health Foundation and the Governor's Advisory Board on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse, per his campaign site. His family has lived in the Valley since 1935.
