Biography

Pat Proctor is the Republican nominee for Kansas secretary of state, unopposed on the August 4 ballot. A retired Army officer who served roughly three decades including tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, he has represented Kansas House District 41 since 2020, chairs the House Elections Committee, teaches at Wichita State University and co-owns a Thai restaurant in Leavenworth.
