Monique Chandler-Waterman

Monique Chandler-Waterman is a community organizer who began organizing in East Flatbush in 2005 and co-founded a nonprofit providing wraparound services in 2008, per her Assembly member page. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Berkeley College and an MBA from Metropolitan College of New York.
