Biography

Mike Levin represents California's 49th District, which after Proposition 50 includes Carlsbad, Del Mar, Encinitas, Fallbrook, Oceanside, San Clemente, San Diego, San Juan Capistrano, Solana Beach and Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, per his campaign site. He has served in the U.S. House since 2019 and was named the Veterans of Foreign Wars' 2024 Legislator of the Year, per the campaign site.
