Biography
Rulli was born and raised in the Mahoning Valley and co-runs Rulli Brothers Market, a family business founded more than 100 years ago, per the campaign site. The campaign site says Rulli was elected to the Ohio State Senate in 2018 and previously served as Leetonia School Board President, leading the school system out of financial crisis without raising taxes, per the campaign site.
