Biography
Melissa Rutland has worked nearly three decades in real estate development and investment in Pinellas County, beginning her career at Raymond James before founding her own firm. She served as the first woman chair of the St. Petersburg Development Review Commission. She is the Republican candidate for the open Florida House District 60 seat, left by Democratic Rep. Lindsay Cross, and faces Lindsay Polega-Quigley in November, per her campaign site and Florida Politics.
