Biography
Melissa Capps is the Republican nominee for Oklahoma state auditor and inspector, currently the deputy state auditor with 25 years in the office. A certified fraud examiner endorsed by outgoing auditor Cindy Byrd, she has directed performance audits of major state agencies and high-profile investigative audits, including of the Department of Health and the Department of Tourism.
