Biography
Mark S. Chang has served in the Maryland House of Delegates for District 32 since 2015, works as a risk management consultant, and holds a psychology degree from UMBC and an MBA from Loyola University, per Maryland General Assembly official member page. Chang served as vice chair of the House Appropriations Committee's Capital Budget Subcommittee and is the Democratic nominee for Maryland Senate District 32, per Maryland General Assembly official member page.
