Biography
Mark Gonzalez is the Democratic incumbent for California Assembly District 54, representing Boyle Heights, Lincoln Heights, Westlake, Downtown Los Angeles, Koreatown, Pico-Union, Chinatown, Little Tokyo and the cities of Vernon, Montebello and Commerce, per his official Assembly website. He was first elected to the Assembly in November 2024 and was appointed Majority Whip by the Speaker, per the same source.
