Biography
Burke holds a biology degree from Cornell, a doctorate in cellular and molecular pathology from SUNY Stony Brook and an MBA from Cornell's Johnson School, and worked in the pharmaceutical industry before leaving in 2004 to care for her son, who has disabilities, per the campaign site.
