Mandy Newton Rosenow, the Democratic nominee for Iowa House District 46, is a physician assistant with more than 20 years in health care, including community medicine, primary care, emergency medicine and neurology, according to the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee. She earned her physician assistant degree from Des Moines University.
